We are a small entertainment company with humble beginnings and lofty aspirations.
We're cut from the cloth of dreamers, dream-makers & the connectors of dots. Our specialty is representing actors & multi-hyphenates -- of all shapes, sizes, colors and creeds -- as they painstakingly ascend to their greatest potential.
Now we're on the look-out for a highly attentive, fire-fighting, detail-oriented & calm-in-the-storm self-starter to keep our ship steady as our intimate talent management team grows to new heights. This awesome assistant we seek is basically a superhero in disguise.
Do you thrive in an intense environment but also crave downtime just for the chance to make your team's process run more efficiently?
Do you love to organize, color-code and alphabetize every item, whether digital or physical, within your reach?
Are you obsessed with double-checking your numbers, dotting your i's and crossing your t's?
Do you geek out over MACs, MS Office Suite, Google Drive (or G-Suite) and Dropbox?
Do you live by your calendar and keep it in tip-top shape... Preferably iCal and Google calendar?
Do you love people? And do those people often tell you that you pump them up and make their day?
Do you love to over-communicate just to make sure the information was seen by everyone who needs to see it?
Is no task too small or too big for you to tackle with gusto?
Do you ask lots of questions to be sure you understand new tasks & challenges?
If you don't know something, is your first instinct to google it or use the Help menu?
When you learn something new, do you document it in ''the cloud'' for easy reference later? Do you even strive to make it easier for future learners by making a template, check list or guide?
Do you want to be a part of building something bigger than yourself, and being a member of a team as it grows bigger than its parts?
Well, if your answer is a resounding ''yea!'' to all that, then we think you're pretty darn amazing. And we should absolutely meet!
If you happen to have experience in TV & Film casting offices, talent agencies, management companies or at one of the Networks, even better. More added pluses would be working knowledge in Breakdown Express, InEntertainment, IMDb Pro, Vimeo Pro, Variety Insights, all social media platforms and even QuickBooks Online.
Now that you know the mountain of support that we're looking for, we hope to hear what you're looking for in an employer too.
So, to make this work we'll need your 1) resume, 2) references and 3) your starting financial expectations outlined in your coverletter.
Fingers crossed we're a match!
