How do I hire an Assistant - Commercials Department? A leading Talent Agency in Beverly Hills is seeking a seasoned Assistant for the on-camera commercial department. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for rolling calls, submitting talent for commercials, emailing appointments, coordinating travel, liaising with casting directors and production companies, managing calendars, and red-lining contracts. Must have strong leadership qualities, and excellent phone and communication skills. Must be a strong multi-tasker, extremely detail oriented with great follow through. Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of LA Casting and Casting Frontier is a MAJOR plus. Will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume office. Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
