Full Time Job
We are looking for a full time admin/personal assistant with excellent communication skills and a great attitude. Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. The assistant must be proactive, versatile, and be able to work independently with little supervision.
About the Position:
Candidates should be able to assist the owner and his wife by handling various business related tasks for our two companies. The assistant will also be completing many home related tasks and errands to help ensure that our personal life functions smoothly. Compensation is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. The assistant must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA).

Minimum Job Requirements:
Be available Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm
Have your own dependable car
Live less than 20 miles from Marina del Rey
Completed some college classes or coursework
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be detailed oriented with legible hand writing
Have previous office/admin/assistant experience
Be able to work independently with little supervision
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Technology/Production Requirements:
Working knowledge of PCs and Macs
Be proficient in G Suite and/or MS Office
Basic video production experience with shooting video
Video editing experience with Final Cut Pro X
Any knowledge of other photo/video software is helpful
Experience with managing multiple social media accounts
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phones and take messages
Reply to client emails and text messages
Schedule photo shoots for owner and team photographers
Update and maintain client contact list
Prepare daily marketing mailers and postcards
Conduct research on clients, brands, trends and events
Manage various social media accounts
Shoot and edit monthly YouTube videos
Coordinate and film FB live, IG live
Organize monthly newsletters
Manage our personal calendar of appointments
Complete various personal tasks and errands as needed
