Available Administrative Assistant Position at Entertainment Law Offices:
This position at an entertainment law firm is in support of two firmly established attorneys in the entertainment business. The role is primarily administrative, but will expose an interested participant to the day to day operations of entertainment lawyers and various aspects of the entertainment business. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, billing management, correspondence with outside attorneys, clients and other affiliated members of the music and entertainment industry at large, office management, reception, and more.
The ideal applicant will be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to adapt to a quickly changing environment, and will have some knowledge of the functions within the entertainment business. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is an absolute must, and ability to use the rest of the Office Suite is preferred. Looking for a hungry recent college grad interested in eventually going to law school. Initial salary is $15 per hour depending on experience with increases available.
