A Merchandising Company located in Burbank is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position is a 4-5 month assignment (late Jan2018 to mid May2018) to fill in for staff on leave. The position is part time - mornings and early afternoons with the potential for full time hours when needed. The candidate must be reliable, organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable Processing:
• Printing, receiving and routing invoices to the proper approvers
• Invoice coding
• PO printing & invoice matching
• PO to invoice discrepancy follow up
• AP invoice input
• Vendor invoice follow up
• Check/invoice matching
• Filing - Open Invoices and check/invoices
SKILLS NEEDED:
General Office or AP experience preferred, Great Plains experience is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel & Word
Reliable, has strong initiative, can work in a fast-paced environment, ability and desire to work well with everyone
