Executive Assistant to Top Entertainment Law Firm
We are currently seeking an exemplary career Executive Assistant to support an extremely busy named partner and his associate at a top-notch entertainment law firm in Beverly Hills!
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience and must be dynamic, driven, organized, and detail-oriented. Core responsibilities will be as a legal assistant, however, there will also be some personal assistant responsibilities (i.e. scheduling travel, doctor appointments, placing lunch orders, etc.).
Looking for someone who can not only execute tasks, but also anticipate needs as things are always moving at a fast pace within the firm. Partner's clients are the biggest priority, therefore, the candidate must be outgoing, personal, and professional in their communication, both internally and externally.
Ideal skills and characteristics:
Right hand / Second brain
Assertive & able to speak up
Proactive, self-directed, take the lead as principal on projects & close the loop
Multi-tasker / prioritize competing needs
Gatekeeper & facilitator
Trustworthy & discreet
Able to use own resources and do their own research
Able to manage expectations internally and externally
Entertainment experience a plus, but not required
Tech-savvy
Troubleshooting
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Docusign
On any given day, tasks may include:
Rolling calls
Scanning / flagging emails
Drafting correspondence
Sending agreements out for signature
Calendar and project management
Travel planning
Interfacing with business associates
Sorting office logistics
Expense and other reporting
Appointment bookings
Meeting preparations
