Search for Security Team Leader - Volta jobs in Touring-FL
Reporting to the Company Manager, you will be required to:
- Supervise emergency and security-related activities and special security needs;
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with local security agencies and emergency services;
- Ensure maintenance of on-site fire extinguishers;
- Ensure production site and big top surveillance;
- Ensure good customer service and public safety;
- Ensure client and staff access to site (ID cards, passes, etc.);
- Implement emergency procedures.
Functions:
- Keep emergency procedures up to date and perform regular emergency training exercises;
- Recruit supernumerary employees;
- Train, supervise and provide ongoing support to supernumerary employees and security guards from local agencies;
- Enter payroll data for supernumerary employees;
- Ensure that on-site customer service meets Cirque standards;
- Follow up on departmental administrative tasks and sales-related documents;
- Assist head ushers in their duties;
- Assist with other departmental activities;
- Participate in project development;
- Assist with setup and tear-down.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- College diploma;
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in a similar position;
- First Aid Certificate;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software for Windows;
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, fluency in French or any language is an asset;
- Available to tour internationally full time and to work in foreign countries.
