Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Senior Administrative Assistant
Status: Part-time - 24 hours/week; Hourly
Schedule: Flexible; prefer setting consistent hours over 3-4 days/week, during office hours (8:30am- 5:30pm weekdays)

Careco Multimedia Entertainment LLC is an airtime sales and production company based in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in outdoor programming, as well as motorsports, travel, and more.
We provide outdoor programming to NBC Sports, Pursuit Channel, World Fishing Network, FOX Sports Net and other national and regional networks. Our specialties are: Video production, Advertising, Air time acquisition, Event Promotions and Marketing. Our San Antonio, Texas office houses our production staff, multiple editing suites, camera teams, sales, and accounting staff.
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and capable administrative assistant for our San Antonio, Texas office. This professional person will perform general administrative tasks for the office staff as well assist with light bookkeeping and accounting tasks, as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff; take correct / adequate messages and deliver to proper person via paper and e-mail as needed
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Sign for, log, and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
• Prepare and process packages for shipping
• Filing of accounting and other documentation on a regular basis
• Collecting receipts from staff and reconciling credit card statements each month
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• General office clean-up and organization - ensure that trash/boxes are not left laying around, kitchenette is orderly, working with Landlord to resolve any facility issues
• Keeping up with office supply inventory and preparing a purchase list (including breakroom supplies such as water, sodas, snacks, etc.)
• Coordinating office equipment repairs (copier, phones, etc.)
• Computer software skills are required - proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Some light bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
• Other duties as assigned
Part-time position with possibility of expanding into a full-time position. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
