What does our department do?
CNNVR is the virtual reality arm of CNN. We leverage the power of 360 video to tell immersive, powerful, and urgent stories that aren't just viewed - they're experienced. You will be helping CNN build a new brand in an emerging medium, and help shape the way news is delivered in this challenging format.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities
will include assisting in all stages of virtual reality filmmaking, such as: shooting, editing, stitching, and publishing. Maintaining camera gear, archiving content, and media management are all part of the job.

Candidates should be passionate about news, self-motivated, able to multitask, have a good attitude, and be able to function well in fast paced, high volume environment.

Program dates are January 22nd through April 20th.
Interns are paid at least minimum wage ($13/hour), up to 20 hours/week, and relocation is not provided.
Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Applicants should be a rising sophomore status or greater.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• All international students will be required to provide documentation of proper visa paperwork prior to starting the internship
