Full Time Paid Internship
The role supports a variety of monetization programs including but not limited to direct-sold display advertising, search, programmatic, video and cost-per-click programs both on desktop, mobile and app platforms
Your Day-to-Day:
• Work on both qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Track and optimize existing revenue-generating programs
• Effectively turn insights into actionable recommendations and report to team leads
• Help identify higher yielding revenue opportunities whether they are current programs or new opportunities focused
• Conduct research on marketplace, business development opportunities and key partners
• Design and execute in-house surveys and manage external partners on larger quantitative-drive projects
Key Projects:
• Develop new and effective ways to monitor and report on highly complex digital media programs
• Test and implement creative strategies to optimize the performance of programs
• Dive deep into data to discover potential revenue opportunities and diagnose revenue-impacting challenges.
• Partner with teams across the company to provide the analysis that will impact the way our key programs function and generate revenue
• Design and advise proper testing methodologies and frameworks for program optimization
Logistics:
• Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) but times may vary per team
• This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:
• Relevant experience and passion for technology, digital media and/or advertising
• Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using different platforms
• Demonstrated experience applying quantitative analysis and logical reasoning to drive business objective
• You are a great multitasker and have a successful track record in hitting deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Creativity in developing actionable analysis and recommendations
• You are organized coupled with being a self-started

Additional Requirements:
• Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Must be at least 18 years old
