We are looking for an office manager to join our team.
Company Overview:
We are a full service virtual reality production company based in Los Angeles, providing the highest quality 360ยบ video content & VR experiences available in the market. Bipolar Id handles all aspects of creative, production and post-production in house.
Our work has won numerous awards including CLIO, SIGGRAPH, ADDY, TELLY, Saatchi & Saatchi, and many others.
Past clients include MINI, BMW, Nissan, Toyota, British Columbia, O2, and others.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead person for duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, shipping and errands. Create and maintain an accurate budget breakdown.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Partner with Human Resources to maintain office policies and schedule interviews with new personnel
Coordinate, record, label and maintain, all office equipment, checkouts and checkins
Coordinate with IT support in case equipment needs repairs
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Provide support and assist all incoming people
Create and maintain opportunities for group activities events
Book flights, hotels, taxi services for clients and overlook their well being
Maintenance and management of security of equipment, property and employees.
Requirements:
Proven office management or production experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficient in Google Apps for work (Google Drive, Calendar, Admin Console, Gmail)
Understanding of space utilization a plus.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Positive & calm with ability to work under tight deadlines
