To perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the general management office and to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
General clerical duties including photocopying, emailing, fax and mailing.
Set up new hires in ADP payroll system (upload personnel files)
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
Record, compile and transcribe minutes of meetings
Maintain office supply inventories, ordering when necessary
Coordinate and maintain records as needed
Maintain payroll system and files as needed
Knowledge of standard office equipment
High school diploma and some college helpful
Knowledge of basic office administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizing and prioritizing
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service oriented
3 meals daily. Living quarters beginning 1/7/2018.
Willing to travel beginning 1/7/2018
