This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO and VP of Business Development of a cutting edge, boutique post-production and creative production company in a warm ''family'' vibe environment. Seeking a confident, outgoing individual who understands how to interface with clientele, VIPs, CEOs and Presidents.
We are a relatively small company of around 40 people, constantly growing and striving to learn and improve. There is much room for personal growth here and original creative thinking is encouraged.
Our company is made up of outstanding individuals. Together, we make a very tight-knit and powerful team! We're all about the process and we have a lot of fun together, although the day-to-day is quite challenging due to the scope of work.
We're mainly looking for someone who is highly organized, pro-active and solutions-oriented! Oh, and super nice, of course!
A little more about this position....
Our CEO requires a gatekeeper who enjoys high level of responsibility including organization, scheduling and keeping the machine moving smoothly. Our VP of Biz Dev requires someone who is good with networking and relationship-building. This individual will be given great amounts of responsibility and autonomy and must posses the ability to work under pressure and take charge. You will also help develop and implement programs and processes to improve greater efficiency, productivity and services. Other responsibilities shall include working with our Office Manager and possibly some Event Planning.
Requirements:
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented!
• Confident, outgoing personality and positive attitude!
• Self-Starter with excellent research and communication skills!
• Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks!
• Excellent follow through to achieve project goals!
• Able to execute the utmost in diplomacy, integrity & confidentiality!
• Proficient in Apple computers and MS Office programs.
