Full Time Job
Immediate opening for an organized and responsible executive assistant to support the executive director of the Association of Talent Agents, a non-profit trade association representing talent agencies.
The position requires all aspects of executive support including answering the phones, management of calendars, arranging meetings, processing reports, assisting with materials for presentations and newsletters, and assisting committees. The right candidate has potential for growth and long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive director including answering all calls, calendar management, meeting planning, general office duties and front office reception.
Schedule meetings and provide other administrative support as needed.
Stay up to date on industry news.
Work on special projects as needed.
Other general office responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
Must be proficient in all MS Applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Webinar
Minimum 2 year high-level assistant experience.
Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, organize and work under pressure.
Must have a positive, professional demeanor, and good interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented and a problem solver.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
$40,000.00
