Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage all narration scripts, transcriptions and script submissions to clients, including trailer, TV and radio campaigns, safely and securely on the server
• Research and compile comparable trailers and TV spots for current and future projects
• Assist in the coordination of award submissions, including the Golden Trailer and the Key Art Awards
• Gathering assets to update the website and social media channel
• QC (quality control) Graphics and exports to make sure there are no spelling errors, glitches or other potential issues before the client views them
• Assist the Creative Director & editors with assignments below
-music searches
-narration searches
-note taking on client calls and in internal meetings
-managing calendar with client meetings and calls
• Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years Post Production Theatrical Marketing experience
• Undergraduate degree
• Must have exceptional people skills in dealing with demanding people
• Must be proactive and detail oriented, collaborative and work well under pressure
• Team player attitude
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision is a must
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time seamlessly
• Heavy computer work, very Mac savvy, strong skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must be able to work very long hours under pressure
