Job Description
The Production Coordinator will assist the Director of Marketing with all aspects of Production from Prep through Post, managing the marketing schedule/calendar and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support both in-house and out-of-house photo/video crews. The Production Coordinator will typically work 5 days a week from Monday through Friday.
Essential Job Duties
•Establish a production workflow and calendar for Marketing
•Prepare budgets and cost estimates per project
•Manage and oversee Marketing budgets, ensuring money is allocated and spent appropriately
•Prepare actualized cost reports at the wrap of each production
•Hiring and booking Models/Crew, making sure all legal paperwork is obtained and filed
•Coordinate and negotiate with crew/vendors regarding rates of pay, and handling timely payments according to executed written agreements
•Generate Call Sheet
•Identify production needs and concerns, and offer cost and time efficient solutions
•Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day production operations
•Process production expenses and receipts for submission to accounting
•Prepare crew/vendor payments for approval of Director of Marketing before submitting for final processing
•Assisting in all other aspects of production as necessary including Production Design, Lighting, Set Operations, Camera Dept.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
•Prior experience working as a Production Coordinator for photo/video shoots.
•Internship Experience in Fashion/Beauty/Marketing preferred
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Excellent organizational skills
•Knowledge of Microsoft office
•Knowledge of Adobe software a plus
•Previous production experience highly recommended
•Responsible, reliable, punctual
•Must have a reliable car
