The Amazon Digital Video team is seeking a leader to oversee marketing and advertising for our unscripted television series. This person will be tasked with the mission of delivering new marketing materials focused on the unscripted content - so we can be more cost effective, responsive to changing segment conditions and more creatively innovative. We are looking for someone who has experience creating television, print and other forms of advertising for TV series and/or Movies. You will be responsible for leading a team to ideate, create and produce many forms of marketing and brand materials, with a focus immediately on television and print advertising, as well as the development of promotions and social media campaigns for unscripted TV series launches. You will be able to work with internal and external creative agencies and production studios through this process, but the goal is to find fast, efficient, effective ways to explore creative options, test and deliver them. We are looking for a candidate that offers a unique blend of brand strategy, creative and visual design instinct, clarity in communicating brand messages, video production experience and management skills. Someone who can build and develop a strong marketing team, as well as work cooperatively with other internal stakeholders and install the infrastructure for us to create at a rapid pace, test, deliver, learn and adapt.
Our Head of Brand Marketing Duties & Responsibilities will include:
• Manage creative strategies, schedules, budgets and personnel to deliver against unscripted TV show launch objectives
• Measure creative outputs against internal and external measures and delivering continuous improvement
• Manage internal and external agency and production partners
• Development of unscripted TV show advertising and marketing materials
• Build and lead an internal team of best in class marketers of television series

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Experience
