The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing campaigns and relationships with partners ranging from media companies, brands and personalities, and hardware partners.
AltspaceVR is the leading social VR community and consumers can join across many devices. This role ensures that how the AltspaceVR messaging appears in our partners' communication is clear to our consumers, whilst helping our partners to maximize the opportunity of working with us. We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years experience who enjoys managing and growing relationships with partners, and is passionate about owning the full life cycle of partner marketing projects from idea to execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Own the partner marketing relationship with our partners and marketing relationships with industry hardware leaders
-Work closely with the BD team to provide seamless support to partners
-Manage AltspaceVR's brand and our partners' content in this complex, new space
-Activate deals by developing and launching creative partner marketing programs that advances the goals of multiple stakeholders
-Represent partner marketing among internal constituents on the product and BD teams
-Work closely with internal product and BD teams to identify opportunities to maximize AltspaceVR exposure and engagement on partner marketing channels
-Track campaign metrics, analyze the success of campaigns and manage the optimization of campaigns to have a positive impact on partner messaging as well as AltspaceVR platform performance
-Create/execute partner marketing strategy
Qualifications
-Ability to blend the art of consumer marketing with natural partner management and influencing skills
-Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established partner relationships to programs that impact the business
-Experience and passion for building great partner marketing programs that are unique and scalable
-Media creation skills (video editing and design, animated gifs, app screenshots, WordPress/HTML) and experience with social media promotion
-Knowledge and experience in B2C space, in linked industries like tech, media or entertainment
-Strong level of independence and efficiency while maintaining a high-degree of organization and attention to detail
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is required
