To support these exciting changes, we need a service oriented, savvy change driver to join our Service Planning team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will have direct impact on the management of our services which deliver entertainment to over 19 million subscribers in Latin America.
As a Service Planning Coordinator, your team will be the central point of contact for all service launches, service changes and live event planning delivering on tight deadlines and providing excellent service quality.
The role revolves around cultivating a strong, customer-focused mindset and a robust understanding of the technical and business aspects to successfully plan our services. The collaborative aspect of the role blends service knowledge and relationships with technical teams to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications:
AS degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
Minimum of 4 years related experience in the video entertainment field.
Experience with the practices and procedures of a multichannel facility as well as data entry, information tracking, scheduling, and traffic systems.
Energetic self-starter with outstanding organizational and coordination skills to work effectively with business owners and technical staff locally and regionally in the optimal placement of services.
Problem solver with troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze data and propose creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and technical.
Quickly adapts and thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and has the ability to interact effectively with various personalities and cultures.
Highly organized and able to effectively multi-task or prioritize, make decisions and works with minimal to no supervision.
Unique Requirements of the Role:
Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 environment
Bilingual Spanish / English (written and verbal)
