ARTech Holdings LLC is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and professional individual to take on the dual role of marketing and customer care intern. As the marketing intern, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives for each of the ARTech products, and you will follow through on this attention to customers as the customer care representative, assisting various consumers in a one-on-one setting.
ARTech Holdings LLC is a technology incubator and holding company with a mission to support the Live Arts by adapting best-in- class business tech solutions for Arts and Entertainment application. Our products include ActorIndex com, SheetMusicUniverse com, OnTheStage com, among others. We are currently seeking a Customer Care/Marketing Intern for the fall.
Responsibilities include:
-Attending weekly meetings/brainstorm sessions and taking notes that will be distributed to the rest of the staff
-Supporting customers with questions via email, live chat, and phone
-Proofing and editing a variety of marketing materials
-Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives (editing, scheduling, and sending mass emails, etc.)
-Assisting the office manager in keeping supplies in stock
-Assisting the director of operations to be sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently in the office
Qualifications:
-Organized with a great attention to detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-The ability to multitask and shift focus at the drop of a hat
-Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets, Excel, Microsoft Word
-Availability on some nights and weekends
-Knowledge of Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, and SalesForce is a plus
-An interest in the arts is a plus, though not required
