Position Summary
A E Networks has an exciting opportunity for a self-starting, detail-oriented, proactive and responsible individual to serve as Human Resources Coordinator. Located in the Los Angeles office, this position would be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Director across the myriad of HR functions.
Position Responsibilities
Recruiting/Recruiting Administration
• Post job opportunities on both internal and external job sites.
• Screen and circulate resumes using HR and Hiring Manager's criteria as assigned.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews for open positions as assigned.
• Conduct reference checks on final candidates for assigned positions
HR Administration
• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR processes & practices (west coast)
• Handle day-to-day and miscellaneous administrative duties & assist with departmental projects as required
• Processing of all on-boarding and off-boarding paperwork for employees
Non-Staff Lead:
• Primary contacts for all non-employee requests and submissions
• Work with client groups to determine business need for non-staff employee. Liaising with Atrium to fulfill requests. Point of contact for all non-staff requests.
• Coordinate with IT and Office Services for building and computer access
• Coordinate all non-staff employee requests
• Contact temporary agencies to place requests and follow up. Also primary contact for agency reps
• Update freelance database (NETS) to monitor length of service. Send out monthly termination notices to managers, IT, and Office Service
Summer Internship Program
• Assist HR Generalist based in NY with Summer Internship Program
• Source, schedule & interview applicants
• Coordinate events and outings
Qualification
Requirements
Candidates should have at the minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in HR. The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Flexibility, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong computer skills, word processing, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be mature enough to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Must have the ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, judgment and people skills.

College degree in HR, Communications or Business preferred.
