456 Growth Media is seeking a motivated, full-time Talent Manager to join our team headquartered in New York City but with a fully remote operation currently. Reporting directly to the founders of 456 Growth Media as well as the Senior Talent Management team, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team while enhancing procedures for the effective management of 456 Growth Talent exclusive creators.
This is a remote role. Bi-coastal applicants strongly considered or those with prior experience located elsewhere.
Who You Are

-Prior experience working directly with Influencers, celebrity talent, and their representations
-Looking to develop a career in talent management with an interest in influencer marketing
What You'll Bring
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
-2+ years in a similar role preferred
-Experience in direct representation of influencer or creator partners (2+ year's experience minimum)
-Technology-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Extensive experience in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest) with an eye towards the future of influencer marketing and platforms.
-Experience with scheduling software like Monday.com and additional tech-based solutions such as Google Sheets, Drive, Salesforce, and email subscription software.
-Solid organizational, and verbal / written communication skills
-Ability to manage high-volume email, text, and phone correspondence.
-Minimum 1-2 years of managing social media strategy
-Build and maintain healthy relationships with our clients and brands on behalf of 456 Growth Talent Management team.
Strongly Desired:
-Demonstrated passion for social media and audience acquisition.
-Proven ability to grow a loyal following on social media.
-Strong graphic design skills are preferred.
-Demonstrated taste and judgment
-An eye for aesthetics that can strengthen the creator's visual brand.
What You'll Do
-Assisting the creators in writing, editing, and posting content
-Copywriting and calendar creation/management
-Work with the creator to build monthly analytics reports to measure social growth/performance for each creator-owned and operated channel
-Utilize proprietary and third-party tools to aggregate and analyze social and digital data
-Participate in weekly team brainstorms with 456 Growth Talent team
-Participate in weekly creator brainstorms to evaluate creator needs and growth opportunities
-Flag new trends happening on platforms like TikTok and Instagram for our team to capitalize on as well as implement new strategies and trends for creators managed.
-Alert the team to potential ''drama'' in influencer communities that might negatively affect creator campaigns
-Enter campaign data into our proprietary tracking system as well as CreatorIQ
-Work with 456 Growth Media team to implement and maintain creator specific audience communication channels
