Beverly Hills Talent Management Company is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional, energetic individual to interface with employees and all levels of management in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with leadership to develop and maintain effective HR systems, processes, policies, and procedures
Employee Relations: Address concerns, provide counseling, facilitate conflict resolution, and conduct investigations as applicable.
Hiring: recruitment, interviews, references, offers, negotiations
Onboarding and offboarding all employees
Compensation, benefits, compliance
Full cycle payroll
Internal programming: internship program, diversity and inclusion initiatives
Maintain HR records and act as the point of contact for all HR inquiries
What We Look For:
Experience with all core areas of Human Resources (staffing, employee relations, compensation, compliance)
A high degree of professionalism and diplomacy
Possess a strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take the initiative and look for ways to improve processes
Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to a high standard of professional conduct
Experience practicing HR in a creative industry is preferable
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and statutes related to employment, benefits, and payroll
Masters and HR certifications preferred (SHRM, HRCI)
