Job Description
237 Global is looking to add an ambitious and focused Customer Service and Office Manager who wants to join a growing company to own customer service and manage our NYC office while getting hands-on experience working in a fast paced environment. The right candidate will have high levels of organization and follow up, and the ability to manage several different tasks at once.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented and has a strong ability to prioritize. We're looking for a driven person with a positive attitude, who can take charge of maintaining our daily operations and provide fantastic customer support.
Position Details
Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Monitor and maintain food and beverage levels
Maintain and develop service provider relationships (internet, phone, janitorial, etc.)
Manage company season-ticket program (selling as requested); and office ticket-buys (buying as requested)
Assist in managing internship program (hiring, training, day-to-day)
Spearhead the planning of company wide events and activities
Work closely with CEO's Administrative Assistant to manage day to day office operations and company events
Act as primary agent on company customer service platform, answering 50-100 inquiries per day
Ensure all projects are up to date in customer service platform backend
Escalate customer service inquiries on an as-needed basis
Job Requirements
Extremely high levels of organization and ability to follow up
High level of attention to detail and proofreading abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks
Experience & knowledge of Google Suite
Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn
