We are on the search for a wine and coffee loving social unicorn - ?, no seriously, we are!
1TwentyFour is looking for a true in house Brand & Content Social Media Marketing Producer to lead the charge in growing and engaging with our clients loyal and passionate club member community. This one in a million social savant will be responsible for all aspects of the process, from curating, creating, managing, engaging and developing their social footprint, alongside the 1TwentyFour account team.
All joking aside, in this role you will:
- Lead the charge to create awareness, engagement, and an ongoing connection for our client and their customer experiences through a steady flow of original content
- Lead and manage the content calendar and accompanying budget, of the high-quality production of each item in the content calendar, and ensure the timely delivery of everything we produce
- Develop and grow the brand via new content programs across new and existing channels
- Work directly with management, the account director and supporting team members ensuring all assets, content, and materials necessary to execute on our press and partnership-related initiatives are approved
- Ensure continuity of the client's brand voice across all consumer-facing channels: Social Media, PR, Blog, website, and beyond
- Continuously gauge the effectiveness of content, and analyze performance metrics to develop meaningful insights and recommendations
- Lean in on social media marketing (paid and organic) on a frequent and steady basis
Our non-gender specific unicorn needs to have:
- 4+ years of experience in content or brand marketing for a consumer lifestyle brand, with proven ability to develop effective and engaging marketing programs
- Previous experience editing and writing for a magazine or website, or exemplary blogging/writing experience about consumer products or experiences
- Deep connection with the lifestyle brand ecosystem, including but not limited to: pop-culture, entertainment, food, wine, coffee, fashion, music or sports
- A track record of creating new, creative, and meaningful content that connects users to brands, culture, and/or experiences
- A deep understanding of SEO and the ability to personally execute on current fundamentals
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn and execute on e-commerce customer acquisition activities
- A positive, curious, playful disposition with a sense of humor and a genuine love for the internet and online shopping
- Exceptional project leadership skills with strong attention to detail and an eye for design
- Must be a passionate and motivated self-starter who can thrive in a smaller, fast-paced, high growth company with a flexible but incredibly active work environment
- Must currently reside in the Los Angeles area
