1TwentyFour has an immediate opening for 2 x Account Managers, Partnerships (Scripted & Non-Scripted) for our West Hollywood office. The Account Managers will report directly to the Group Account Director. This role would oversee the partnerships business for our client, a powerhouse streaming film and TV.
Account Manager(s) will assist in the development and implementation of our clients' overall brand partnership strategy, including:
The development of major partnerships with global/regional brands as well as top creative/media/partnership agencies
Concept, develop, pitch and negotiate unique partner programs
Manage program execution in close collaboration with client
Work as part of the 1TwentyFour team in engaging/partnering with our client's creators, marketing, content and PR teams to ideate and develop unique and creative programs that will be beneficial and additive to the overall marketing mix for a campaign
Role will also include working alongside our client's global & regional teams to integrate partnerships into their marketing plans
We're looking for a person who has a proven track record with the following:
5+ years relevant professional experience in developing amazing brand partnerships
Experience in concepting, ideating and developing groundbreaking partnership campaigns across a range of categories including: CPG, QSR, travel and technology
A deep understanding of how consumer brands engage with entertainment properties and how to develop a unique range of narratives
Extremely proactive and embracing of a creative and entrepreneurial environment
Experience working within a team in a fast paced and evolving environment
Confidence, a strong POV and the ability to pivot quickly in identifying new ways of engaging and working internally and externally
Works effectively and enjoys engaging across cross-functional teams both internally and alongside the client
Bachelor's degree (Marketing and/or Communications preferred)
A strong passion and deep knowledge of the entertainment industry across movies & TV
Experience working within, or alongside, a film or TV studio environment, and experience working with creative and media companies
Ability to keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines
Ability to exercise discretion and exercise confidentiality
Experience utilizing research, analytics & data to measure program's impact
Willingness to adapt to different client/partner needs and personalities with a diplomatic touch
