153 Entertainment Group is an up-and-coming record label with an exciting roster of new artists and talent. We are quickly expanding across various fields of the entertainment industry and are looking for experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our team.
153 Entertainment Group is seeking a Business Development Manager who will help take us to the next level of growth. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and create key development strategies that not only contribute to growing our revenue, but to fulfilling our company's mission and vision.
Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare and develop comprehensive strategies and business plans for company growth initiatives, both domestic and international.
• Supervise the execution of said strategies and manage timelines, expectations, and metrics through all phases.
• Research and analyze market to identify new potential business opportunities.
• Act as liaison between our company and affiliated entities/vendors, such as accounting firms, legal firms, and the like.
• Mange and oversee business affairs pertaining to release of artist roster projects.
• Present strategies, findings, and progress to executive team on a regular basis.
Experience and Qualifications
• Must have former record label experience in a similar capacity.
• Minimum 5 years of business development and business affairs management experience.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail and organization.
