153 Entertainment Group is an up-and-coming record label with an exciting roster of new artists and talent. We are quickly expanding across various fields of the entertainment industry and are looking for experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our team.
153 Entertainment Group is seeking an Artist Development Manager who will help nurture and lead the development strategies of our roster of artists. The successful candidate should have extensive background in artist development in a record label environment, with a good eye for the many different components of what makes an artist shine.
Primary Responsibilities
• Working closely with the executive producer, hone in on key areas of development for label's artists.
• Oversee all phases of our artists' development process, seeking out and applying the appropriate resources to fully nurture our artists' talents.
• Present development reports to executive team on a weekly basis, identifying aspects of our artists that require improvement in accordance to our company's Artist Ideology.
• Develop and execute comprehensive development plans for each of our artists, projecting milestones, managing budgets, and maintaining a strict and specific timeline.
Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of artist development experience in a record label environment or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail, organized, and manages time well.
