101 Studios is looking for a dynamic Front Office Assistant/Coordinator to join our team! This person will be 101's first point of contact, and must be personable, outgoing, poised, and articulate. Sound like your dream job? Then let's talk asap
Specifically, this position will be…
• Answering/routing calls received through the main office number
• Greeting guests and visitors This will include awareness of VIP visits and ensuring discretion and proper reception of that person
• Managing & validating parking as well as issuing building access card
• Processing incoming & outgoing mail - UPS, FedEx and USPS
• Purchasing office supplies; monitoring and restocking kitchen/office supplies
• Acting as liaison with various vendors including building management to ensure smooth operations
• Other ad hoc projects that can be performed at the reception desk
You will have….
• Stellar customer service skills
• The willingness to embody our culture of being collaborative, a self-starter, competitive, passionate, bold, distinctive, innovative, creative, and able to have fun!
• Passion for social media
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or related software
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
