Clients of agency include: major studios, video game makers, and up-and-coming brands. Position is salaried with benefits package. Responsibilities may expand based on skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and maintaining calendars and meeting schedules with clients
• Making travel arrangements and setting calls
• Preparing and managing the following: holiday gift mailings, filing, office supplies, incoming and outgoing mail
• Coordination of client materials
• Track industry trends by reviewing websites, dailies and general research
• Participate in internal strategy sessions to support clients
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations and Photoshop
• Shared office management duties including some personal errands
• Assist with company social media efforts
Qualifications:
• Organized with ability to multi-task
• Attentive to details
• Calm under pressure
• Practical thinker-sees connections and anticipates problems/next steps
• Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Proactive and can work with limited direction
• Experience as an assistant a plus
