SVP, Brand Creative , Max Streaming Marketing
We a re hiring an SVP, Brand Creative for M ax . This leader will be a visionary creative leader for our Brand Creative team within Streaming Marketing , accomplishing nothing less than solidify ing Max 's position as the platform where the world's greatest stories live . T his pi votal role requires an individual with a strong passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of brand identity , and a tireless drive for creative excellence . Th is Senior Vice President, Brand Creative will spearhead the development of impactful creative strategies and concepts that effectively elevate and differentia te Max in the marketplace and resonate with diverse audiences worldwide across all creative formats . Primarily, the leader will:
• Develop and articulate a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's ambitious brand marketing strategy and overall business objectives .
• Lead and champion the development of a unique, holistic brand creative strategy that spans across all creative formats ; including video, display, print, social, CRM, experiential, etc., all while ensuring align ment with the overall brand marketing strategy and vision , and the effective communicat ion our value proposition to consumers.
• Guide the execution of the overall creative vision for the brand , ensuring consistency and visual connectivity across every piece of creative , serv ing as both the ambassador and custodian of our brand identity , ensuring that all brand creative work reflects and reinforces our brand positioning, voice, and aesthetic.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Video, Design, Media, Product and Social teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and outstanding creative execution . Provide clear direction and feedback to internal teams and external creative partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives ; select/direct external creative agencies to deliver on strategic briefs .
• W ork closely with regional marketing teams across the globe to effectively translate campaigns into cohesive regional and local variations that best adhere to our global brand positioning while optimizing for local/regional cultural and business differences.
• Drive creative innovation by exploring new ways to bring the brand to life across different storytelling strat egies ; rapidly iterate on brand creative messaging concepts to test and learn into newly effective creative messaging .
• Manage, lead , and develop a global team of creative and marketing professionals (both staff and non-staff) by modeling our guiding principles and setting the people strategy for the function ; cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Partner closely with the Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy and Planning to align on the overall brand vision and develop optimized content per platform and audience. Work collaboratively to define KPIs and benchmarks for creative performance.
Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within the entertainment, media, or advertising industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Design , Fine Arts, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for pushing creative boundaries ; consistently inspires unique and breakthrough creative thinking
• Deep expertise and understanding of branding principles, design aesthetics, creative storytelling, and consumer behavior ; continual drive for creative excellence .
• Proven track record of developing and executing innovative, integrated creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, e xcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively to all levels of the organization ; evoke excitement and passion with your work .
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate an agile and adaptive mindset, capable of quickly responding to changes in consumer preferences, technological advancements and market dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and judgment skills to influence internal and external team s , collaborating effectively across multifunctional teams and all levels of the organization ; h igh degree of cultural and emotional intelligence that leads to effective collaboration globally across many different working styles and perspectives.
• Highly accomplished leadership ability towards achieving the highest standards of team performance including attracting and developing diverse talent and delivering break-through team results.
• Passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the streaming industry.
