We are a completely remote digital marketing/social media agency in the Entertainment Industry! From Anjelah Johnson-Reyes to Joel McHale, Fortune Feimster to Randy Feltface, our client roster is full of amazing artists.
Often part of our scope of work is management/growth of artist's YouTube channels.
We are looking for the best in class YT expert to join our team to support an already amazing team of experts.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Optimization of entire channel [homepage, end cards, monetization, playlists, etc]
- Uploading and Optimize Content [including writing descriptions, coming up with compelling titles, etc] - Thumbnail Design
- Reporting / Analysis
We basically need the best of the best who have proven results to grow youtube channels. Someone who is willing to roll up the sleeves and not only do what is asked by the artist but also provide recommendations, remain up to date with the latest tactics and strategies and help us on the technical aspect of it as well.
We work on a project by project basis. Scope of Work for clients varies. You'll be compensated a flat rate per channel you manage based on the scope of work (ie post frequency etc)
What You'll Need:
- 2+ year of experience.
- Video Editing as a skill set
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and be agreeable to changes.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize work and multitask over a wide range of
responsibilities.

- Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness in order to complete tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:
- Experience with project management software like ClickUp or Monday.
- A sense of humor and a passion for all things pop culture!
