Experience and Education Requirements:
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1+ years' assistant experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.
Skills Required:
• Hard Skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparing expense reports.
• Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage tasks proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, senior executives, and colleagues.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
• Position: Agent Assistant at UTA's Digital Talent department.
• Role Overview: Provide administrative support, manage daily schedules, prepare for meetings, and handle correspondence and reports.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, calendar entries, and research for meetings.
- Schedule virtual meetings and calls both internally and externally.
- Maintain spreadsheets, draft correspondence, and prepare press kits and materials.
- Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments.
- Prepare and submit expense reports monthly.
• Objective: To support UTA’s Digital Talent department efficiently, ensuring effective management of schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.
