Description:
-Talent acquisition specialist -ensuring the right Talent is paired with ongoing activations
-Able to negotiate Celebrity and Influencer activations, from budgeting to contracting, and carry the campaign through to execution
-Able to synthesize information from internal briefs (client team and executive) into a master strategy-providing Talent pairings that fit the given campaign
-Manage and distribute budgets for Brand Activations against Talent pool while maintaining company margins
-Point of contact for potential and existing Talent, constantly growing and maintaining artist relationships
-Ideation and creation of multiple project-specific influencer lists and pitch decks, comprised of 10 - 20 influencers per project
-Develop pitch decks and brand strategies as part of lead-gen team
-Develops and coordinates ad buys with media buyer; fully understands all facets of all paid media programs and relevant fit to client program needs
-Supervise Account Manager(s), manage quality of work, prioritization of projects, as well as preparation and planning of all client editorial calendars
-Natural ability to balance, optimize and integrate Brand and Studio/Publisher/Label campaigns with ongoing talent programs
-Proactively identify, pitch and implement relevant monetization opportunities
-Intuitive sense to leverage network opportunities for cross-popularization
-Manage client P/L
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
-At least 5 years of experience in a client services role or talent agent/buyer role within entertainment or advertising. Talent experience a plus
-At least 3 years of experience in a digital media role, with 1 year in social media / social marketing
-Extremely organized and detail oriented
-Well spoken and articulate
-Comfortable making multiple phone calls and emails directly to client Points of Contact
-High level, direct experience communicating with a major client or brand
-Has worked and published within multiple social networking platforms
-Can delegate and manage many tasks and projects with ease
-Must be able to remain in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time
-Must be available to travel on short notice
-Experience with Keynote, Google Docs, Word, Excel a plus
