The Talent Coordinator assists the Talent Managers with various campaigns, agreements, and influencers both on- and offline. Coordinators are detail-oriented organizers, analytical thinkers and natural client relationship managers. As the support for the Talent Team, coordinators ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard of excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Front of line on handling and navigating conversations with Talent Rep's, in regards to talent agreements and deal memos
• Serve as the liaison between celebrities' team and our in-house finance department to oversee and ensure on-time payments and other financially-related needs and deadlines
• Help lead negotiations and redlines for all deal memos and agreements
• Assist in the Maintenance of Influencer database
• Support developing pitch decks and brand strategies as support for lead-gen team
• Intuitive sense to leverage network opportunities for cross-popularization
• Liaise with Agents, Managers, and Talent Publicists
• Provides assistance to Senior/Junior Talent Managers in influencer acquisition and management, campaign development and execution, and administrative functions as necessary
• Able to synthesize information from internal briefs into a deliverable lists-providing Talent pairings that fit the given campaign
• Create, maintain and distribute a trend list of upcoming talent
• Organize and manage client lists
• Assist in clients' accounting records
• Stay current with latest developments in the advertising sector and social media
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Development and Casting
• Minimum one year professional television or film work experience required
• Must be proficient on Mac (Picassa, Keynote, Google Docs)
• Demonstrated knowledge of office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time
• Must be available to travel on short notice
