Job Description:
The role provides general administrative and production functional support to a Vice President and Executive Director on the TV physical production team. Responsibilities include a full range of administrative tasks such as handling phones, managing calendars, filing, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The position also supports production needs for any assigned shows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational and administrative support to VP and Exec Director.
- Coordinate travel, visas, schedules, and other travel logistics.
- Generate travel and expense reports.
- Manage schedule, calendar, and phone.
- Create and maintain global contact sheet for channel personnel.
- Track and process invoices.
- Create and update presentations, letters, and other management communications.
- Manage various calendars and activities.
- Conduct internet research as needed.
