Full Time Job
This position coordinates the day-to-day tour operations for the Guest Relations department within the Studio Group Consumer Services.
Responsibilities
to include, but not limited to:
• Responsible for the day-to-day tour operations including: Pre-shift meetings, stage access, area closures and in field audits.
• Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of all tour equipment including tour carts, IPADS, audio equipment, printers, and tour supplies.
• Coordinates and maintains consistent communications with other departments for daily, VIP, group, and specialized tours.
• Assists in oversight of the Welcome Center and Prop Warehouse ensuring that all exhibits are being maintained in a manner consistent with our strong focus on guest experience.
• Supports and trains Page Office team on phone & email etiquette, daily operations, and tour protocols.
• Oversees and monitors the Guest Relations email account and is responsible for replying to escalated questions, comments, and/or complaints from the public.
• Assists with various daily administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Assists with the hiring and training of all new Page staff including, but not limited to: interview schedule, paperwork processing, and uniform fitting.
• Assists with VIP Page training including preparing training schedules and training materials.
• Assists with tour auditing for content, level of guest service and provides feedback/coaching as necessary.
• Acts as point of contact for group tours, special events and audience shifts as needed.
• Ensures that high guest service standards are being upheld.
• Responsible for weekend operations and evening special event supervision as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years experience in a customer service-oriented role and an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and online booking systems
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, carry and lift up to 40lbs
• Active Driver's License

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external customers, and senior management.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 56,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
