We are looking for...
We are seeking a personable, well organized, and motivated team player to fill the pivotal role as Full-Time Receptionist and support our busy team with various administrative tasks along with helping run our day-to-day office operations. More importantly, this position offers growth opportunities within our company. While the role will start as a receptionist, it is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a much bigger long-term role within our organization.
A day in the life...
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs filing and record keeping.
- Coordinates lunches and another meeting necessities.
- Maintains office supply inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to have...
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work under a high demanding environment
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Computer literacy including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
Salary
- $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
