DIRECTOR, AFFILIATE MARKETING

nuvoTV is looking for a an exceptional Affiliate Marketing Professional who understands the significance of working for a rapidly growing company.
This position is considered Director or Manager level, based on experience, and will be responsible for the following:
Duties include, but not limited to:
•Direct and control discrete aspects of the affiliate marketing function.
•Accountable for implementing marketing campaigns for affiliates that increase subscribers and program distribution in assigned regions or categories, and for enhancing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates.
•Track and analyze all campaign results, present findings and determine trends to update future campaigns
•Direct affiliate marketing managers and staff.
•Maintain close, collaborative working relationships with key affiliates.
•Implement and enforce approved affiliate marketing strategies, policies and procedures.
•Manage affiliate marketing budget and expenses.
•Host/moderate conference calls and in-person meetings with top affiliates to ascertain individual marketing needs and present marketing materials and campaign ideas to increase promotional presence within the MSO, top systems or regions.
•Oversee creation of all affiliate communications relating to sales, marketing and operations, including but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, e-Communications, printed collateral materials.
•Responsible for Affiliate Website and Newsletter.
•Attend industry conventions and shows as necessary.
•Manage national and regional trade show participation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•5–7 years affiliate or related marketing experience within the entertainment and cable industry
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related area)
•Excellent communication skills and proven writing expertise
•Advanced computer skills with the ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
•Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Some travel will be required
