TITLE: Sr. Motion Graphics Designer
DUTIES: Create on-air design and animation creative for preschool properties across television broadcast, digital & social platforms. Responsible for visually communicating the company brand aesthetics as they relate to video & digital content for children including on-air show promotions, marketing assets, short form videos, and content for social. Execute design & motion (animation) that translates the company's attitude and values. Create engaging motion creative that enhances and grows business. Work with project and production management to ensure timely and affordable delivery of all creative. Translate project goals into creative excellence that positions brands to consumers, the trade, marketing partners and internal audiences. Strive to ensure that all promotions, on and off-air, are consistent to each other. Work to maintain freshness, creative excellence, and a level of innovation that will uphold and enhance the company brand. Work closely with project managers, production managers to estimate and manage project budgets and schedules. Telecommuting permitted.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in design or related, plus 4 years of experience as Motion Designer or related. Must include 4 years of entertainment industry experience creating on-air design/animation for children & preschoolers utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modeling and animation software (Cinema 4D & Redshift), storyboarding and animatics.

Hiring Salary Range: $105000.0 - 115000.0.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
