Temporary Office Manager
mOcean, an entertainment advertising, marketing, branding and production company located in West LA is looking for a temporary Office Manager for approximately 4 months starting mid February. The Office Manager is responsible for supervising office staff and maintaining office workflow and efficiency.
Main responsibilities will be to:
-Reconcile expense accounts
-Manage front desk staff and facilities operations staff
-Manage supply purchases & supply budget
-Manage PO's for facilities department
-Manage all facility maintenance and environmental issues such as HVAC & OSHA compliance, and janitorial service.
-Facilitate day to day requests from staff & freelance employees
-Assist operations production staff as needed.
-Set up new hires with key and parking pass
-Manage moving offices or buildings
-Other tasks as necessary
Candidate must:
-Have prior management experience and budgeting.
-Effectively read and comprehend written English.
-Have experience running post production office and/or web design office a plus.
