Job Description:
Technicolor Digital Content Delivery is searching for a Client Services Clerk to perform the following duties:
• Review CS Representatives/Coordinators incoming bins, matching Production Originals or any other pertinent paperwork.
• Assist CS Representatives/ Coordinators with resolving any billing issues
• Coordinate with WDMAMS the pick up and release of all requested WD masters
Contact Production regarding open work orders; obtain ETA
• Update Status reports daily
• Aid with overflow of work orders from your account by creating attachments as needed.
• Review Incoming and Outgoing elements; ship and vault as necessary
Job Requirements
Candidates interested in this position should possess the following:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of administrative/clerical experience, able to be organized, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing
• Ability to interface with other departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good computer skills with solid experience with Excel; experience with Filemaker Pro is preferred.
• Experience in Duplication/Audio/Telecine post-production environment perferred.
