We are looking for a talented production professional to lead branded video production for ipsy Studios. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic mastermind, while also having critical hands-on production experience. We need an individual who thrives in a lean, agile, fast-paced environment, and who has his/her finger on the pulse of the beauty industry. Content and community are what drives us, and we need someone who is similarly passionate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead team responsible for the concepting, development and production of all ipsy Offer videos containing branded integrations (20/month today, 50/month by next year) as well as behind-the-scenes videos supporting the monthly Glam Bag program.
Develop daily programming formats for the ipsy YouTube channel with agile test-and-learn approach.
Produce entertaining, informative beauty videos that maximize viewership and engagement, while meeting marketing objectives.
Ensure timely production of videos without compromising quality or budget.
Develop and refine concept to final cut process and procedures to optimize efficiency, resource allocation, and budget.
Facilitate production of ancillary content, including photography assets, related to ipsy branded content.
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of production professionals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of work experience as a video producer with ownership of concept to final cut.
Made-for-the-web production experience strongly preferred.
Portfolio of innovative, entertaining videos.
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
Passion for beauty a must.
Clear understanding of ipsy vision and digital strategy.
Bachelor's degree required.
