Olivia Wingate Artists is a management company for comedy talent. We work closely with a wide range of comics, writers, directors, and actors to create viable commercial opportunities for artists in the U.S. and worldwide.
This is a GREAT opportunity for anyone interested in management, comedy, writing, TV, film, etc. You will have a hands-on experience learning all sides of this business. The company is very tightly knit with extremely close relationships to all clients.
Duties include office responsibilities - answering phones, filing, faxing- as well as assisting in booking travel, scheduling auditions, editing reels and reading scripts. In addition, this person will be out covering shows (client's and otherwise) several nights a week and assist with running the company's own live show monthly.
Job Requirements: A strong interest in comedy and desire to work in the entertainment industry. Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, Entourage/Outlook and be savvy with both Macs and PCs. Film editing skills, Photoshop or web design skills are useful but not mandatory.
