JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate assigned integration projects within core G4 programming / Marketing Solutions offerings
• Collaborate in the efficient tactical execution of promotional and added-value deals including writing / submitting creative work orders, overseeing selected product integration / placement, sponsorships, promotional spots / interstitials, promotions (contests, sweepstakes), on-site / experiential marketing, events, etc.
• Organize, maintain, and where necessary, create database / files of sales support materials for all partnership opportunities including promotional presentations, sales collateral, one-sheets, sizzle reels, integration clip samples, client wrap-up reports and research materials
• Assist in developing creative / innovative brand integration ideas and structure pitches for Comcast Networks / G4 Ad Sales to use in soliciting new and / or existing clients
• In conjunction with Director / Manager, update and manage selected brand integration status reports and schedules to ensure sponsorship deliverables and deadlines are met
• Oversee departmental administrative tasks which include, but not limited to, travel arrangements, expense reports, supply ordering, digitizing / duplication requests, shipping / mailing / copying, meeting arrangements and management of selected calendars / phones
• Liaise with interdepartmental personnel and outside client / agency contacts to guarantee proper and effective execution of all assigned added-value deals and promotions
• Maintain good working relationships and cooperate with members of several internal departments including: Ad Sales, Production, Consumer Marketing, Legal, Interactive, Print and Online Design and Creative Services
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 1-2 years in marketing and / or ad sales experience within an agency, film studio, national brand, broadcast or cable television environment
• Excellent client / project management and organizational skills are essential
• Must be entertainment savvy with interest in how brands are reaching consumers through emerging media / technologies
• Problem solver, resourceful, organized, energetic, and passionate
• Should have creative instincts, possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively message ideas / solutions to multiple constituents (internally and externally)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel a must; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator helpful
