Tunnel Post, a Santa Monica based boutique Post Production facility, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant. We are a busy post facility that has been focused in Editorial, DI, VFX and film recording for several years. With the number of projects, and our growing capabilities, we are looking for someone to help with the daily functions of the office.
Duties will include basic reception (answering the phone, greeting clients, copying, faxing) as well as some basic clerical tasks and general office support, including mailing/shipping, taking lunch orders, etc.
The right candidate will have a cheerful, outgoing personality. We are looking for someone who can support the office on a daily basis, but also help provide our client's with the best overall experience possible.
Typical schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p.
