Primary Duties:
1. The Coordinator must research and/or confirm all information being entered within each assigned project to ensure its accuracy by comparing information given.
2. Create label copy for all assigned releases.
3. Provide label copy to Mechanical Licensing for approval.
4. Provide ISRC codes for lease-out requests.
5. Provide weekly project updates to supervisor to update on the release schedule.
6. Handle miscellaneous requests from various internal and external requestors.
7.Artist Repertoire Cleanup: Any downtime from regular responsibilities will be spent researching and cleaning up artist information within LCS.
8. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
''« Strong organizational skills, especially with regard to paperwork.
''« Able to handle multiple and shifting priorities.
''« Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
''« Basic knowledge of most areas of recorded music.
''« Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Windows.
''« Minimum 3 years general office experience strongly preferred.
''« Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
''« Previous music industry experience preferred.
''« Bachelors Degree preferred.
