Major Production Company seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work TEMP TO PERM for an Independent Film Maker.
We are looking for the right fit, the right personality, the right energy, and the right skill set.
If you have three years plus experience assisting in the Entertainment Industry, enjoy supporting, and know you have what it takes to be a great assistant, we are interested in meeting you!
Qualified candidates should be able to multi-task and handle extremely busy phones! Individual should be able to travel to various film festivals and be able to participate in a variety of special events. This is a fast paced desk that requires organization, attention to detail, great follow-up skills and a proactive attitude. This is a unique opportunity for an assistant who has interest in learning more about Independent Film Maker’s Rights.
Skills: Word, Excel, Heavy Outlook, and Internet research skills are a required.
