Individual's responsibilities/skills/experience should include:
* Web design/Powerpoint skills;
* Online Broadband strategy and/or applications;
* Experience in developing Web 2.0 applications using latest technologies;
* Graphic Design Skills -- a big plus;
* Work with UBU TV President and V.P. of Programming;
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Provide up to 20 to 30 hours a week. Option to work from home.
