The Business Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the agency in all business and corporate development efforts including projects in motion picture, television, music, video games, film finance, and digital media.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and presenting presentations, financial models, and business plans for business development opportunities
• Analyzing agency corporate development initiatives
• Performing due diligence / market analysis / research as needed
• Managing and servicing agency corporate clients
• Tracking and understanding digital media trends and start-ups
• Attending meetings, pitching new business, and negotiating potential deals
Qualifications
• 1-3 years experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or comparable
• Familiarity with financial models; able to build prospective operating models
• Ability to interface directly with senior agency executives, financial institutions, and agency talent
• Entrepreneurial nature with ability to work independently
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
• M&A/Transactional experience preferred
• Experience in digital media and entertainment is a plus
• BA Required MBA preferred
